Many of you may have seen the indoor rower or the ergometer before. the little devil we like to call the torture machine. And we noticed that many people attempt to use it, without knowing the exact correct technique, which may be dangerous because using the wrong posture and form persistently can cause serious injury to your arms, wrists, shoulder or back.
We don't discourage any one who isn't familiar with rowing to stop using the indoor rower, on the contrary, rowing is a great full body workout that can train your resistance and endurance, help you lose fat, increase muscle strength in most of the major muscles and finally enhance your cardio fitness.
We advise everyone to educate themselves with the correct technique to prevent injury and row safely.
